My favorite session! Self-confidence and self-respect are basic needs to take care of ourselves and be successful in our work and relationships. So many people lose sight of what is good and worthwhile about themselves, sometimes to the point of nearly being paralyzed with self doubt. More commonly we simply let unrealistic ideals from media, demands of bosses, or thoughtless behaviour of family or friends wear away our self-esteem. Often we doubt ourselves without being able to find an obvious cause, or may have a real failure in our lives that has left us unable to move on. You may be surprised at the number of things that hypnosis can be helpful for. There may be something you would like help with, but have not seen a recording for or been too shy to ask a local hypnotist to help you with. If you have a particular area that you feel is unique to you, or just that you would like some help with but have not found the support for please order this CD. E-mail as much information as you can, and allow a few extra days, but I will always be as quick as possible and make the most powerful recording I can. If you have a preference as to whether I use your name in recording the session, please include that information.
These should not be listened to while driving but can be played while relaxing or going to sleep. While it often only requires one session in my office to make changes, depending on the goal, recordings are often more effective with repetition and these are yours to enjoy, to relax with and to reinforce your new strengths as often as you wish. Each session includes support for relaxation and for self esteem, and last from a minimum of 30 minutes to over an hour depending on subject. Remember that these CDs are for your enjoyment and you should not make changes in diet, medication or physical or mental health treatment without consulting a licensed professional. Liability of the Enrichment Hypnosis Center is limited to the cost of the CDS.
